Project Execution:
Builtwright Pty Ltd was involved in all aspects of the project including but not limited to:
- Design and implementation of project plan
- Tilt slab construction
- Liaising with key stakeholders at all stages to minimise cost and project creep
- Facilitate planning and compliance
- Effectively liaising and managing revisions to ensure return on investment
Outcome:
This project was delivered on time and on budget.
